Starting with a movement assessment we will address any weak links that could significantly hinder your progress if not identified from the outset. This is followed by nutrition and body composition assessments which enables us to devise a detailed and bespoke plan to compliment your lifestyle and the goals you have set, ensuring you know exactly what you should be doing when you are not under the watchful eye of your personal trainer.
You will be taught your own training programme by your personal trainer and learn the correct technique for each exercise.
